1. Grill Won’t Ignite
Symptoms
The igniter clicks, but there’s no flame.
Solution
- Check the Propane Tank: Ensure it has gas. If not, refill or replace it.
- Inspect the Igniter: Clean the electrode with a cloth. If it’s damaged, consider replacing it.
- Manually Ignite: Use a long lighter to manually ignite the burners while the gas is on.
2. Uneven Heating

Solution

- Lack of oxygen, contaminated gas(moisture, oil, or debris), replace the gas tank
- Burner (clogged, debris). Clean the burners thoroughly with a grill brush or wire brush to ensure there are no obstructions. Replace it If it is rust or damaged.
- Drill a hole in a burner and install a screw to adjust the pressure in the burner to improve the burner flame.
- Check if there is regulator Issues such as a malfunction or incorrect pressure settings. If it is, replace it.
- Check if there is damaged valve nozzle, and replace it.
12. Grill Is Smoking Like a Chimney
- Excess grease: clean the grill using a wire brush and wash away the grease. (flavor bars, grates, grease tay, etc)
