Can I return my order?
Yes, of course, please notice that you have 45 calendar days to return the items from the date you received them. Please aware for return: your items should be in their original packaging and not used, they must in the same condition as when you received them.
Is my order for free return?
We offer free return for quality issue. For following circumstances, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the package and we will charge 20% restocking fee when refunding:
- Wrong purchase.
- Change your mind or don't want it anymore.
- The return is not caused by the reason of our product, etc.
- Cancellation after 24 hours of your purchase (order has been shipped)
How to stat my return?
1. Please read our return policy and confirm your return by send an email with title “Order (#SFxxxxx or 103xxxxx) Return Confirmation’’ to aftersales@grillpartsreplacement.com with reasons for return, we will reply you ASAP with return address details.
2. After have the return details, please provide order information on the package such as order number (#SFxxxxx or 103xxxxx) and the email address that you purchased with, so that we can process it for you quickly.
3. Please go to post office or other logistics to ship it to us.
4. Please reply us with the tracking number and logistic that you use for return.
5. After receiving and verified your package, we will refund you ASAP.
6. We don’t accept directly return without following the protocol. If directly returned to the original shipping address without this protocol, no refund will be given
Refunds
- Refunds accepted for orders cancelled, returned and orders received within 45 Calendar days.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within seven business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Refund is subject to a 20% restocking fee for wrong purchase

Need to Cancel your Order?
If you decide to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us by email: aftersales@grillpartsreplacement.com, we will do our best to cancel it for you before shipping (24 hours after your purchase). For cancellation request without 24 hours, we will cancel your order and refund you the full amount; For cancellation request after 24 hours of your ordering time, you order has already been packed and picked up by the carrier, it is too late for us to cancel the order, we will process it as a return request, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the package and 20% restocking fee will be charged.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the amount if we prepaid it for you.
