1. Return Window
You may request a return within 45 calendar days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must generally be:
· unused;
· in its original packaging; and
· in the same condition in which it was received.
2. Returns for Quality Issues
If the item you received has a quality issue or arrived damaged, please contact us and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available.
If the return is approved as a quality-related issue, we will provide return instructions and will not charge a restocking fee.
3. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons
If you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, no longer need the item, or the return is otherwise not due to a product defect or our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
For approved non-quality returns, a 20% restocking fee may apply.
4. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email aftersales@grillpartsreplacement.com with:
· your order number;
· the reason for the return; and
· any relevant photos or details, if applicable.
Once your request is reviewed, we will send return instructions, including the appropriate return address if the return is approved.
Please do not send items back without prior return authorization, as this may delay or prevent proper processing.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product quality issue.
6. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at aftersales@grillpartsreplacement.com.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and may instead need to be handled as a return under this Policy.
7. Return Shipping
For non-quality returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return label for a non-quality return, the label cost may be deducted from the refund.
